AI-era marketing · Small business

Upgrade your marketing for the AI era.

Give your business a faster public face, clearer answers and an agent-assisted operating layer—without replacing the CRM and workflows that already work.

Original Wizards Design Search Cartographer illustration representing AI-assisted discovery, connected business signals and guarded workflows.

The direct answer

AI should make a small team more capable—not make the business harder to control.

We connect a performance-first website, answer-ready content, useful business signals and guarded agents into one operating system. Agents observe, organize and prepare work. People stay responsible for the promise, the decision and the external action.

The system in one glance

Serve fast. Be understood. Keep improving.

Three connected operating jobs replace the usual pile of isolated tools and reports.

01 / SERVEA graphic Website Forge connecting responsive pages and edge delivery

Fast public website

Clear pages reach customers through the edge.

02 / EXPLAINA graphic Search Signal Orrery coordinating useful answers and discovery signals

Search + answer clarity

Useful expertise becomes easier to retrieve and understand.

03 / OPERATEA graphic Growth Relay connecting measurement, CRM and approved follow-through

Connected operations

Signals reach the right workflow and the next review.

The operating stack

From edge delivery to human approval.

Each layer has a clear job. That makes the system easier to measure, safer to automate and simpler to change.

  1. 01

    Edge website

Astro builds useful HTML ahead of time. Cloudflare Workers and the edge serve it close to the visitor.

  2. 02

    Discovery system

Dedicated routes, direct answers, metadata, structured data, sitemaps and internal links stay aligned.

  3. 03

    Business signals

Analytics, form events, CRM stages and approved operational data show what deserves attention.

  4. 04

    Agent layer

A personalized Hermes architecture prepares source-linked drafts, checks and structured handoffs within defined rules.

  5. 05

    Human control

Named people review evidence, approve consequential actions and decide what the system changes next.

The agent-driven workflow

Always observing. Never self-approving.

A 24/7 monitoring posture is available where the source systems and service scope support it. Current portfolio checks run on deployments and scheduled cadences ranging from twice daily to daily and weekly. The engagement defines what is checked, how often and who responds.

  1. 01

    Observe

Scheduled and deployment-triggered checks collect current evidence.

  2. 02

    Verify

Sources, dates, routes, claims and system state are checked before a recommendation.

  3. 03

    Recommend

The agent prepares a bounded draft, report or next action with its evidence attached.

  4. 04

    Approve

A named owner accepts, changes or rejects the proposed action.

  5. 05

    Act + learn

Approved work moves through the existing tools; results return to the next review.

What the current workflow has proven

Measured portfolio evidence—not a speed promise.

These are dated first-party observations from existing Wizards properties. A new site receives its own baseline, budgets and post-launch measurement.

5

Astro 7 + Cloudflare Workers implementations in the current Wizards website portfolio.

19–77 ms

Observed TTFB range in a dated deployed Lighthouse sweep across representative Wizards routes.

96–99

Mobile Lighthouse performance on selected static content and contact routes in that same deployed sweep; selected desktop routes scored 100.

519

HTML documents checked in one current Wizards production build; 469 were indexable and every indexable document carried a JSON-LD graph.

Evidence reviewed August 2026. Lighthouse is controlled lab evidence, not field Core Web Vitals or a guarantee of future results.

Astro + Cloudflare vs WordPress

Fewer moving parts at request time.

There is no honest universal “times faster” number. A carefully cached WordPress site can be fast; a careless static site can still be heavy. The architectural difference is where work happens.

DecisionOur Astro + Cloudflare modelConventional WordPress model
Default page deliveryPre-rendered HTML and optimized assets served at the Cloudflare edge.A PHP application and database assemble a page unless a cache already has the result.
Operational surfaceA bounded codebase, build gates and explicit edge configuration.Core, theme, plugins, database, hosting and their compatibility all need maintenance.
Publishing modelStructured, reviewable changes; a headless editor can be added when the team needs one.A familiar visual administration dashboard with a large theme and plugin ecosystem.
Agent integrationAPIs, queues, webhooks and approval steps can be designed into the operating model.Usually added through plugins or a separate automation layer around the existing site.
Best fitA focused B2B marketing site where speed, consistency and controlled change matter.A team that needs frequent dashboard publishing and benefits from established WordPress workflows.

Personalized Hermes agent

An agent configured around your sources, rules and approvals.

Our working Hermes architecture supports source-linked drafts for SEO articles, answer blocks, newsletters, social packages and business reports. It stores the artifact, waits for an identified reviewer and records the decision. Its current guarded mode cannot approve itself or take an external action.

HERMES / GUARDED MODE

Source-linked draft

Named human review

Approved handoff

External execution stays disabled until a separately scoped integration and control review.

Integration without disruption

Meet the business where it already works.

Compatibility is confirmed system by system. We do not promise an integration before reviewing its API, permissions, data rules and failure path.

Keep the CRM

Connect approved website events and lead data to the CRM through its supported API, webhook or connector.

Keep the workflow

Create tasks, summaries, briefs and approval requests inside the tools people already use.

Define the boundaries

Document consent, field mappings, access, failure handling, retention and the actions that always require a person.

Useful questions

What changes—and what stays under your control?

Will an AI agent publish or contact customers by itself?

Not in the guarded model described here. The current Hermes implementation prepares and stores work, then waits for an identified person. Any future external action needs its own approved permissions, limits, logs and rollback path.

Do we have to replace our CRM?

No. The preferred path is to connect the website and approved agent workflows to the current CRM through supported APIs, webhooks or connectors. If the system cannot support a reliable integration, that limitation is documented before implementation.

Is this automatically faster than every WordPress site?

No universal multiplier is credible. Our model removes the normal per-request PHP and database path by pre-rendering the public pages, then measures the actual site against agreed budgets.

What can run around the clock?

Availability, route, release, crawl, content-source and workflow checks can run on scheduled or event-triggered cadences. The exact monitoring promise and response responsibility are defined in the service scope.
